 Laurie Towers R.M.T, the owner of KNEAD a BREAK and Physical Advantage is a New York State registered and licensed massage therapist. In addition to being a graduate of the Swedish Institute, she holds a degree in Exercise Science. She has developed and coordinated massage therapy programs in various health clubs and medical facilities around town, in addition to her own successful NYC practice,  She has been a personal trainer and fitness consultant as well as a body builder in her own right.
